How well does photoshop and lightroom run on windows 7?
I am thinking of putting it on my box, but I don't want to have problems with photoshop and my graphics cards(ATI 2950xtx
1gb in crossfire).

So far from what i can tell, pretty good, Lightroom feels snappier and freezes less...but this could also be a function of the two -really- quick HDDs in RAID 0 or the fact i have 8gbs of ram now as well...

So far i've had very few problems, Except the libraries thing...i ended up disabling that when i went and fired up media player and it attempted to import over 100,000 accumulated pictures into itself and killed itself..That and trying to import all my music..and god knows what else...

It was a great feature, though i doubt ill miss it...

Standalone, pure Windows 7

I dont like dual booting very much, I am a massive hard drive space user it seems..and so dual booting eats some of that up...

Its so nice to have 806gbs free on my new RAID array though

I know how you feel, that is why I had to raid 1 2tb of storage(plus another 2tb in externals and nas', 64gb ram and quad dual core processors. You feel the difference.
