To recap from the first post

Yup in case you couldnt imagine it..

My mom takes our dog out on the leash, And next door's asshole of a father is sitting out there with our neighbors dogs, Who proceed to run against our fence some more

Does he try to do anything?

Nope, just sits there, meaning my dog has to go in because we dont want our fence damaged [Which is on our property and we paid for]

My mom goes out to yell at him, asking him if he's just going to sit there and ignore her and ignore his dogs jumping against our fence

Ignores her completely, Not one word to her

So she gets mad, and i followed her [Because i dont trust this guy ok? Honestly]

She goes around to hell at him where he cant pretend to ignore her, He outright is disrespectful to her ["Yapyapyapyap i dont want to talk to you, Go away" followed by stuttering go away repeatedly]

My mom informed him that this is why our fence is likely going to come down, And then he better learn to control the god damn dogs

When my mom said her piece, I had enough of his attitude, Gave him the finger and said "You know what? You're a fuckwad, You can fuck right off asshole" because honestly? He's disrespecting my mother..and i dont like that shit

That got his attention

He proceeded to jump up and threaten me VERY loudly, telling me to hop the fence boy and say it to his face, I turned and grabbed my mom because frankly, This guy? I could handle it maybe, I can at least get my mom in the house and outrun/outsmart the fucker if i have to, But him plus the two big bruiser dogs? Not likely

He kept trying to antagonize me, See honestly? I'd have kept going with verbal remarks about what a fucktard he is, But I decided id rather not given he was at their gate and could easily loose the dogs on me, and having to protect my mom I didnt like my chances...

I came home and I was quite..broken down..and terrified..and screwed up by the entire thing though..I have been threatened before but never like this...

So my night is terrible...Meh And now it just gets worse

And now it gets worse, doorbell rang, its the police, Apparently I threatened him and shook my fist at him, We're now advised to stay off their property period, if we have a problem, we have to call the police...who will "take care of it" And also, Their dogs are allowed to jump against our fence...

He also seemed to treat me like a child...Which was lovely given im 21...Very condescending

So now this entire thing has reached a breaking point, i dont know what we're going to do...

And apparently we might end up having to go to civil court to have something they placed on our property [A fence] Removed from our property since they got no permission to put it there...Also if theres any damage to our fence...

Also apparently they've had stuff done to their property or something, and keep blaming me or us...So i have no clue...

Also i mouthed off to for that im sorry, Really sorry, I went way too far with it because im in a bad mood..but what you said was not sensative to my situation right now...You dont know how i feel right now, At all, Seriously

Also now im scared to leave my house with my camera...Great
